If you are new to extensions, start with classic or hybrid. They will tell you if mega volume is too much for your natural lashes.

Yes for a first full set, even a short one. They check lash health, lifestyle (gym, swimming, oil-based skincare) and recommend a set from there.
Every 2–3 weeks. Classic infills are quicker; mega takes longer. After about two missed cycles, recommend a full set instead of a refill.
Yes. Professional removal is gentler than picking or steaming at home. Removal alone, or before a new full set.
